平形めし茶碗

Flat Rice Bowl

1992 | HAKUSAN PORCELAIN | Masahiro Mori

The rice bowl is the original form of the Japanese image of food. In recent years, the style of eating has diversified, and imported ingredients and international cuisine have become mixed on the dining table. This flat rice bowl gives me a sense of the simple happiness that comes from the taste of the ingredients alone, like the salt musubi that we eat in these times.
